Reactive
Loading game for the first time...
Guide the Chemosaurus across a board, collecting chemical atoms onto its snake tail. Atoms sitting next to each other in the tail bond into compounds - and the compounds are real: H₂O, NaCl, CO₂, HCl. Their effects on the board are real too. Water extinguishes fire. Salt melts ice. Hydrochloric acid eats through a metal gate.
Reactive atoms keep things interesting. Sodium and chlorine are unstable when loose - each runs a visible fuse that drains down until you bond it with its partner.
Everything you make is logged in the Lab Journal, with the warning symbols a real bottle of it would carry.
Ages 9–12 for the levels, 7+ for the Free Lab.
