Kopikot

Kopikot is a small, friendly text editor and drawing board. It opens on a blank page with every tool necessary to express an idea for a picture, idea, a comic. A child can simply write and draw, and save the page to their own gallery. The game part is about recreating predefined designs, that introduce more and more tools. A parent or a sibling can add more designs.

Six profiles on one device, so siblings or a class can share a laptop or a tablet.

How to play:

• Click on the page and type. Use the tools around the page to change the letters, add a shape, a picture or a text box, draw with the pencil, or undo.
• Press Save to keep the page in your gallery. Open the Gallery to see your pages again.
• Press Challenges and pick a card to replicate.
• Look at the model page in the dashed frame. Change your own page until it looks the same.
• Watch the goal list: each goal turns green when it is met. With Read aloud on, press the speaker next to a goal to hear it.
