kill -9
Your cousin ran a clean operation. Found something in a NEXCORE audit they shouldn't have found. Now they're in administrative detention — no trial, no appeal — and ¥3,000 of their debt has been quietly allocated to your account by a corporation that doesn't answer support tickets. You need work. RYZER has work.
kill -9 is a terminal literacy game played entirely inside a simulated Unix shell. Every command you type is a real command. ps aux to read the process table. grep to find what doesn't belong. kill -9 when you've found it. The shell behaves the way a real shell behaves. The skills transfer.
The game is designed for students aged 10 and up who are ready to be treated like they can handle real tools. It assumes nothing about prior experience and makes no apologies for teaching actual command-line syntax. There is no simplified interface. There is a terminal and there is work to do.
This is the v1 release. A full sequel is in development.
